In the heart of a wooded and atypical site, we offer the rental of a plot in the Cotentin, near Barneville-Carteret, with a surface area of around 120 m² serviced to accommodate your mobile home. The campsite is open from April 1ᵉʳ to November 2.
The service includes plot rental and water consumption.
Residents and persons declared in the contract benefit from the facilities of the campsite in Basse-Normandie: swimming pool, ping-pong table, playground ….

Buying a mobile home in the Cotentin
At Camping*** Les Carolins in Port-Bail-sur-Mer, it’s possible to buy a new or used mobile home, subject to availability. Become the owner of your own vacation home and enjoy the facilities of the campsite and its exceptional setting between dunes and beaches. If you’re just passing through, you can also choose one of our rental accommodations in Basse-Normandie or pitch your tent on a rental pitch in the Cotentin region!
Rates and practical information
What you will have to pay for when renting a plot in the Cotentin at Port-Bail-sur-Mer :
- Electricity consumption: a reading is taken when the mobile home is installed, and a second reading is taken at the end of the season (when the campsite closes).
- Installation costs (hook-up, setting up the mobile home, etc.) are the responsibility of the resident.
- Rental of serviced plot (<140m2) : 2037 €/year.
- Rental of serviced plot (>140m2) : 2175 €/year.
- Rental of undeveloped plots (caravans): €1,863/year.
- Deposit for automatic barrier remote control (cashed and returned on departure): €48.
- Entrance fee: €1,200.
- Connection fee: €850 if we make the connection.
